At ComfortTech Heating & Cooling we will be there for you when your furnace or air conditioning breaks down. Ideally, though, we want to be there before that happens. We want to be around for annual maintenance checks on your units. We use this time to not only make sure that you get the most life out of your units but that your money's worth out of them as well.

With our Fall and Spring check up schedule, we will come to your home or business and do a 12 point check on your units. If need be we can do some cleaning and minimal

maintenance on them at that time. We will then come back in another six months to make sure your units are ready to operate during the proceeding months. After all, our goal is to make sure you have piece of mind so you can continue to live comfortably.
